Refund Policy

Little Lighthouses Child Life Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the trust families place in our child life services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded for services purchased through our business. By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Policy

Fees for child life services are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in this Policy.

Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Cancellations by Clients

Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellations by the Company

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered:

A rescheduled appointment at no additional charge, or

A full refund of the session fee, if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Packages, Programs, or Prepaid Services

Refunds for partially used packages or programs will be prorated only in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical reasons, relocation), subject to our discretion.

Expired sessions are not eligible for refund.
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events may occur. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Digital Products and Resources
If the Company provides digital resources, downloads, or educational materials:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Refund requests must include the client’s name, service date, and reason for the request.
