The Company provides community-based child life services, including but not limited to coping support, education, consultation, and therapeutic activities.   • You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to provide consent for your child to participate.

  • Supervise your child during all service sessions, whether in-person or virtual, unless otherwise agreed.
