Hello

Hi there! My name is Abby- I have been a certified child life specialist for over a decade. My experience spans over several well known children's hospitals throughout the country. During this time I developed a deep rooted passion for supporting families-even after they leave the hospital. My belief is that families find themselves needing even more support post hospitalization and new diagnosis as they resume their normal or new normal lives. My services are meant to be a touchstone for families- here when you need them most. I would love to connect, learn more about your child(ren), your hospitalization experience, your family experience, and can offer you concrete support that will offer your child(ren) opportunities for self expression, clearing up misconceptions, normalizing their hospitalization or diagnosis experience, procedural support/education and recommendations,  and foster their self esteem and confidence in sharing their story. I can provide virtual support and 1-1 in home or community support.
