Service Description

Helping your child return to school after an extended hospitalization or frequent hospitalization can feel daunting. We can provide support either directly to you/your child and arm you with concrete resources to take to school and or reach out to the school directly to provide hands on support for teachers, administrators, school nurses, etc to help ease your child's transition. Additional opportunities for in person classroom support.
